Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be changed without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late (depending on the length of your scheduled service), your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay in full when booking future appointments.
